All repair / restoration bills must be paid in full on or before collection of the scooter.
Long term storage charge $50.00 per month per scooter
Warranty only on parts supplied and purchased from SSC.
Minimum service charge and/or labour charge is $25.00.
Payment of sea freight orders must be paid in full before release of original documentation.
Damaged goods must be notified of within 48 hours.
Any scooters not collected within a 12 month period of completion will become the property of SSC.
Consignee is responsible for all import duties were applicable. Shipping quotes do not include any import charges.
Payments by bank transfer must include all sender bank charges.
Current international exchange rates will be supplied by www.xe.com
Goods will not be released without payment in full in advance.
Local Vietnam dong payments will be calculated at the current exchange rate as supplied by Vietcombank.
Non payment of custom orders parts or scooters not settled within 90 days of completion will be cancelled with no refund.

Refund Policy (for Goods)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
